Food time.. Imported from my personal blog.. ^_^

This time trying the food at SEKINCHAN IKAN BAKAR restaurant.. we went to the Balakong branch.. (This is nothing to do with any 'tense' ya.. ;-p)

Hubby having Air sirap Bandung.. and I am having the Lime juice..

I choose to eat Nasi Lemak for dinner that night.. ^_^

.. My side order.. Ulam with 3 choice of dipping..

I love Ulam..

..and the result is.. Oh Taking the keropok dipping on the chilis too.. ;-p

This is free.. My boy eat all finish.. Because none of the food suits my boy.. spicy.. He only took the keropok.. -_-

Trying to give him the hard boiled egg.. But he is not a fan of boiled egg.. -_-

Their famous trademark.. The Ikan Bakar..

Unfortunately my less-favourite that night.. The Grill stingray.. very chewy and rubbery.. -_-

Once in a while having a good kampong style food is just a treat.. ^_^

Perdana Park Tanjung Aru, KK Sabah

Something new for me in town.. Oh yes.. it's in town.. I mean here in KK.. Ok not exactly in KK town, but it's in Tanjung Aru.. Just near the Tanjung Aru Plaza.

Have you visit the Perdana Park yet? Yes? No??

No???? Adui.. ingat kan aku ja yg ketinggalan zaman.. ;-p (Bah yang sudah tu.. pi main jauh2.. ^_^)

Perdana Park located at Tanjung Aru.. Just near Tanjung Aru Plaza. Managed to visit the place with my family.

The round about just infront of the entrance building.. ^_^ (Nampak rakyat ku yg 'tagas' tu.. mau bergambar di tengah2 jalan raya.. ;-p)

Huge parking area.. *Like*.. and there will be a parking fee ya..

Love all the lighting once you stand here.. the park looks beautiful.. I hope it will stay this way for long time.. ^_^

The highlight for the kids.. Ohh ramai nya manusiaaa... hati2... anak boleh hilang di sini tau... I think there is 4 area of play ground here..

My son yg bersilat tu.. so happy with the play ground.. I tell you.. so many people came.. may be it's Friday..

The highlight for the adults.. The musical dancing water fountain.. start at 7pm.. and it will keep on repeating every 20 minutes until closing at 8.40pm.. daily.

Boutique Cupcake At CityMall, KK Sabah

I am having a super yummy sweet treat recently..

1 of my plan while I am in KK is to visit the new shop of the Boutique Cupcake in CityMall (Which previously was located at Jalan Lintas)

My boy accompany me that day.. savoring our self with cute and delicious cuppies.. ^_^

The new outlet of the Boutique Cupcakes.. If I am not mistaken.. this place was belongs to Cube restaurant before..

..and now belongs to boutique cupcakes.. the place now bigger in space..

More space to hang around with friends..

Novelty cakes on display.. Anybody interested to have a special design of cakes do contact them.. ^_^

I am always tempted by cute cupcakes.. the best thing about these cuppies.. they are so yummy!!

My personal favourite.. will always Vanilla cuppy with chocolate.. *melt*

Can't help my self.. I ordered half dozen of cuppies to bring home.. 2 pcs of Vanilla choc in the list.. nyum!

I am indulging myself with hot chocolate with marshmallow too.. Ahh.. perfect place to make a date with my BFF.. ^_^

Kiram's Village Mesilau, Kundasang Sabah (P.2)

Continue my previous post about Kiram's Village.. Lot's of photos here.. I hope you can view all.. for those who can't.. Saya tumpang simpati.. ;-p

Anyway.. a tour around the Kiram's Village garden.

Not much activity here.. but you can hang around with family while doing some BBQ (Set to rent)..

There are few nice places to visit in Kundasang.. May be can go for tour and on the evening can spend time for BBQ and resting..

I love all the pine trees..

For me.. I love to hang around on the garden and enjoying the cold breeze..

While wondering around.. I am wishing to have such a lovely garden in my house.. hihihi.. but think of the maintenance.. Oh may be not.. unless I hire a full time gardener.. ;-p

My mom cannot join us to this trip.. she is preparing for my baby full moon party (On the next day).. When she saw all the houses, she says she want this type of house in future.. OK mom.. lets say finger cross.. ^_^

People here so blessed to have a very nice weather.. they can plant anything!! I mean all the imported flowers or veggies.. IF only I have a land here.. sure make a small home vacation with lots of flowers.. hihihi..

*Ada orang Kundasang mau jual tanah kah? Make sure ada mountain view ah.. ^_^

My boy amazed with all the flowers.. Wait until he visit UK during spring time.. sure jaw drop like mummy.. ^_^ (Finger cross for this too.. ^_^.. Dalam perancangan.. jeng jeng jeng..)

My mom mau buat rumah macam ni konon.. ada loteng2 di atas.. adui mom, kalau di sini cuaca sejuk ok lah.. kalau di KK tu.. atukkkoi.... panas!! Jadi udang kita mak!! ~.@

Kiram's Village At Mesilau Kundasang (1)

During my visit to Kundasang, Sabah.. I decided to have a cottage or kampong feeling of staying instead of staying hotel this time.

I have heard and read blogs about this place and really makes me wanted to try it. I called their contact no and make a book. It was holiday season and lucky me I got a spot.

The arrival.. that is our rented car.. ^_^

This is the place.. Kiram's Village at Mesilau Kundasang.

Even tho it's a bit further in.. I think it's worth it.

Before bring you for a tour around.. let me show you our cabin 1st.. This is the Celery and Tomato cabin.. and we stay at the Celery Cabin on the left side of this pic..

I tot of having both cabin for my family.. Unfortunately almost everyone cannot make it. So I only took Celery cabin (Well.. anyhow it was fully booked that day too).

Even my boy loves the surrounding of this place.. 1st impression of my boy was.. 'Wow! Mommy! This place so beautiful.. lot's of flowers!!'... ^_^

Once we enter.. we have our kitchen.. everything is there.. you can cook here.. I even saw a fridge but I forgot to check if it's working.. ;-p

Next.. to the Veranda..

This cabin have 2 rooms. 1 room with queen size bed and the other room with 2 single bed.

This cabin have 2 washroom.. 1 is the bathroom with toilet the other 1 toilet with sink.. they have water heater for bath too (For your info.. Kundasang is a cold place)

Me and the boys room.. hubby and my dad will sleep on the other room.. Some changes for us after having additional family member.

I can sleep with the 2 boys in a big bed.. and hubby will need to sleep separately every time we are traveling now.. My baby will sleep inside the 'net bed' and me and my boy will sleep side by side.

View from the window.. No aircond in this cabin.. coz the wind breeze is cold enough.

My stay cost RM280 (School Holiday price) per night. Next more pictures on the view around..

Note: Astro card charged for RM20, which I think should not been charge after the price of staying there.. We can have cheaper hotel around with free TV.. (Just an honest opinion..).. So make sure you bring your own if happen to come.. ^_^

DESA DAIRY FARM Mesilau Kundasang

It's my 1st time traveling by air again after being heavily pregnant.. This time traveling not only with my kiddo.. this time with baby.

Update: My baby sleeping all the way during the journey on the plane.. He will make sound sometimes and after that sleep again. I hope will be the same when I going back home.. ^_^.

A new challenge and experience for me.. Well that is what my blog all about.. traveling with kids.. ^_^

Where is my 1st destination this year?

Guess where??

I believed most of Sabahan can answer me straight away.. ;-p

Oh well.. as I mentioned.. I am going back hometown.. and I am taking the opportunity to visit some places around..

My hubby and son.. trying to let my boy sitting on the wood fence.. but he was not confident.. ~.@.. at last have to take photo with daddy..

After few attempt.. he made it.. ^_^

Oh wait.. did I told you where is this?? We were at the DESA DAIRY FARM at Mesilau Kundasang. It's a cooling place and I just love it.

That day.. we took about 2 hours from my house.. I repeat.. from my house ya.. so the time frame might be different from your location.. some people can reach around 1++ hours..

I was actually plan to visit not only the scenery, also planned to witness the process of having the DESA milk.. Unfortunately, we are too late and it was close.

Open time : 8am-5pm.. (we were there around 5.30pm.. -_-)

If you able to enter the farm.. you can actually have an up.. close and personal with the cattle.. ^_^

Felt amazed with the grass.. ^_^

The road going to the milk factory.. the whole area is the farm.. Huge!

You can actually see the beautiful view of the Kinabalu mountain from here.. unfortunately the cloud was too thick that time.. I only able to see the peak.. -_-

Still hoping the cloud will shed off.. but my dad said.. it won't happen at this time.. around 5.30pm..

It might be beautiful if you come around 2-3pm.. I think that time the cloud will be lesser.. and imagine how the view is.. must be amazing..

It's not getting lesser.. but getting thicker.. -_-

So we decided to go home.. oh not home back to where we stay.. ^_^

Did not take lots of personal photo here.. coz I am carrying my baby all around.. ~.@.. But still able to snap an awesome photos.. (ah-hem) ;-p

This is how I carry my baby.. with the cloth.. My mom sew that for me!! ha!.. ;-p

(But I just bought a new carrier.. using cloth too.. it's trend now a days.. so I decided to use it too.. ^_^)

Another pic of me.. I think I am not that strong enough yet, to carry my baby that way so often.. after a while.. I felt my operation a little bit pain.. *sigh*.. (Yeah.. I delivered my baby thru C-sec.. 1 month and 15days ago.. ~.@)

Thistle Resort PD

Continue my recent vacation to Thistle Resort PD..

Some nice decor around..

Food I am having during dinner (Food not included in our package.. -_-).. Anyway still go for the buffet dinner at the hotel itself. Next day.. we went out from hotel for dinner.

Having Yee sang with family.. it's a must in my hubby's family and I like that. Always together no matter how hard life is and no matter how many problem we have to go thru.. we always try to be together.

Besides sleeping.. eating.. ~~merenung nasib~~.. here are some activities we did.. Have to make sure my boy occupied..

We did not go out from the resort, just hanging around and trying their activities.

Swimming.. ahhh.. I really really wanted to dip my body in.. tapi my swimsuit sudah tak muat.. -_-.. and NO Tshirt allowed for adult.. telan liur je lah... -_-

On the afternoon.. hubby will play Tennis with his brothers.. they have GYM and yoga too. After dinner, we will hang around at the kids theater room.. watching some movies and later after that we will sit besides the pool relaxing.

Besides the large pool.. they have another small pool with bar called Cumulus.. Strictly for 18years old and above only.. We didn't know that at 1st.. brought our little boy hanging around there.. after few minutes the staff approached us and apologies that no kids allowed at this area..

Sebelum kena halau.. sempat ambil photo.. ;-p

That is all about my short vacation with my family during this year CNY.. I am so cannot wait to travel again.. Oh wait until my baby born and may be reached 6 months 1st.. ^_^

Our CNY Short Vacay..

Our previous plan.. actually wanted to go to New Zealand and Tasmania or may be Gold coast Australia..

But suddenly found out that I was preggy.. and the whole plan has to be canceled.. I actually asked hubby to tell the other family members to continue with their plan (Feel bad.. bcoz of me.. everyone not going.. ~.@)

But.. They family wanted to be together.. so have to choose somewhere near.. very very near.. coz I am not able to sit too long in the car anymore..

Lastly everyone agreed to go for Thistle Resort at Port Dickson (Known as Guaman before).. where took about 1 and a half hour from my house.

When we reached.. there was a lion dance performing infront of the hotel.. What a nice welcoming.. hihihi...

The room photo review.. We are taking the Twin sharing room.. Normal price was RM229 (?) if I am not mistaken.. but due to this festival.. the price doubled up! -_-

But I satisfied with the room.. it's huge and the bed is big too..

Nice surrounding too.. This is where we lepak every evening after dinner.. ^_^

Closing on my HK trip.. ^_^

On our last day.. not much interesting activity.. just follow our tour to normal tour like visiting their jewelry factory.. herbs and so on..

Not much to see.. unless you are interesting to buy some.. I just don't have a mood to shop.. ;-p

Next.. visiting their beach.. Claimed to be the best beach in HK..

Seems HK is a very small island.. their beach are limited.. and this is the best lah konon ni.. ~.@

Nah.. even Jackie Chan's house build on top of the beach.. ^_^

It was a hot day (But chill).. so we don't really go out to enjoy their beach (Lagi pun.. beach kitalagi lawa.. ;-p)

We actually supposed to go for our last visit to the herb shop, but my boy crying.. tired.. LOL.. So we ended our tour with our guide.. we went back to hotel to rest.

At night plan to do small shopping.. Unfortunately it was toooo packed!!!! I hate to shop in that situation.. -_-

So just take picture around.. Don't really take lot of pic too.. coz their seller are not so polite.. hish.. Some will give 1 kind of faces if you trying to take pic on their items.

Ini pun.. kita main zoom saja.. ;-p

Urghhh... to crowded.. lebih baik balik hotel.. -_-

Before balik hotel.. trying last meal that night.. The taste was sucks!! I can feel a chemical taste on the mee... eeuuww...

I have to share with hubby his food...

Green Connection located at Jalan Tuaran (Likas) Just next to Wisma Wanita building..

There will be an entrance fees :

Adult : RM25/ Child (2-16) :RM15

2 adult & 2 Children : RM60 (Additional children up to 4 child per parents : RM5)

School visit : RM5 (5-50person)/ Teacher : RM10 (1 for every 12 children)

(Note: I totally forgot about the ticket price.. so have to refer from David's blog from Malaysia Asia.. Thanks Bro.. ^_^)

At 4pm.. there will be a special shows at the aquarium.. Divers feeding the fishes..

(How I wish the water is in blue.. ;-p)

There will be some briefing & stories about the fishes and turtles by the staff.. Interesting..

Later after the shows.. we went to this area.. where you can have a close & personal with the under water creature..

My boy.. this time he have the guts to touch anything inside.. Not like our previous visit to the eco marine resort at Gayana Island.. ^_^

Lastly.. ended our tour by letting the kids play with water for a while.. ^_^

It's a nice experience to visit this place.. I hope they will keep on maintaining the place especially the aquarium ^_^..

I heard they do have volunteers project for this place.. If you interested may be can check out their website or just pay a visit and ask more details..

Green Connection Kota Kinabalu

HK Aberdeen Harbour

You all know tomorrow is a Public Holiday right?? All because of our footballer team won the match.. Congrats to them again.. ^_^

Trying to put up all my HK story before new year here.. ;-p

We took a traditional boat for this tour.. Very slow ride boat..

Take the chance to have a visit on this area.. because it might be the last time we can witness this.. The people who living in the boat are lesser now.. because their goverment encourage them to have a life on the land.

Beautiful restaurant.. We did not go down to the restaurant.. Tour guide said.. expensive.. ;-p

I can see not much people staying on the boat anymore.. Tour guide said.. last time the river almost full.. They believed that HK started from a huge group of this junks (Chinese wooden boat) until they found HK Island.. they started to migrate to the land..

They sleep.. eat.. making babies on the boat.. ~.@ (If me sudah pening ni... mabuk laut.. )

Their government always encourage them to come to the land and have a proper place for them to stayed.. but some still prefer to stay and died there..

The tour guide said.. may be within 5 to 10 years from now.. we will not see any of this anymore.. So I think I am lucky to experience this..

Nah.. ada massage chair lagi.. ;-p

There are few expensive boat around too.. but this is belong to the riches only.. :D. Not staying there.. but it's a place where they park their boat.

We are almost done with the tour (about 35minutes).. suddenly our boat driver... the old auntie.. open the covered box.. nah.. jual souvenir.. That's how they live for a living.. selling souvenirs..

Our tour guide offer to take a group photo of us... Ok lah.. ^_^

HK Golden Bauhinia Square

Our last day tour will be around the town only..

1 of the tour is actually going to the Golden Bauhinia.. It's something like a 'world cup' and made of real gold.. Unfortunately that thing was under construction (Refer to the white container in pic).. coz some people steal the gold (That what our tour guide said.. )

Cannot stay outside too long.. Too cold and windy.. ^_^

Later after that.. we are heading down the hill (By our tour bus..) heading to our last stop..

Our tour guide brought us to walk around the Lan Kwai Fong road.. For them this is the most famous road lah ni..

Lot's of bars here..

The road is walking up a hill.. and this is very challenging for me as being pregnant.. Kalau jalan rata.. boleh lah.. kalau naik bukit.. Oh no.. surrender.. -_-

So half way.. I told hubby I don't want to go.. actually the rest of the group was tired too.. and everybody decided to go back hotel.. ;-p..

What I saw while waiting for our bus.. a stall jual baju just in front of COACH.. ngeh.. But the fashion not bad you know.. all the type that advertised on FB.. HK and Korean style.. mahal.. ~.@

1 thing so dangerous while walking in HK town.. construction in progress at night and you will see this almost every corner.. (A crane pulling up mirrors).. kalau terlepas.. oh gosh..

Mau Merasa 'Snow' Punya Pasal..

Few days ago.. I requested hubby to take a day off on Thursday (Yesterday)..

Recently my boy so much in love with snow (Kesian orang Msia.. only can dream about it.. ;-p).. He always do the 'angel wings' action on the floor.. (Ini mesti nampak my sister blog.. his son playing with snows.. Canada kan musim snow skrg)

I remember a place where we can play with 'snow' somewhere near by.. that is Snow World at Genting Highland.. ^_^.. Seems we are not going anyway this Christmas, I requested hubby to bring us to Genting yesterday.

I choose yesterday coz I think Christmas eve and Christmas day must be very packed.. and true enough.. Yesterday when we went.. not much people..

I did not took lots of photo this time.. coz I have so many photo taken here already (Check out my travel list.. ^_^).. So this is some photo that I captured.. while playing with my toy (Canon)

I saw lots people with their DSLR camera.. but I felt weird.. How come my camera looks more bigger?? Everytime I am shooting.. people will look at my camera.. *Blush*

After have a short walk at Mongkok.. we wait for our tour bus to come and fetch us.. This tour was not included in our tour package.. But the tour guide there will always asked IF you wanted to go certain place or wanted to join for dinner..

So seems we are free the 2nd day.. we took this short tour.. Join for dinner & Visiting HK Victoria Peak.

As for the dinner.. the tour guide will always put all their tourist in 1 table to eat together.. ~.@.. You know in HK we need to eat with chopstick (So siapa yang pengeli.. mix air liur with other people.. siap lah. ;-p)

That was our group.. mix with other tourist in 1 table.. tourist from Singapore and from Philippines.. Got 1 more couple from Malaysia.. but they were Muslim so they have to eat at Mc Donald.

After food.. we are heading to Victoria Peak..

I tell you the road was going up the hills, narrow and winding.. (Kalau di KK.. mcm pi Kota Belud jalan lama... Kalau here Semenanjung.. it's like going to Cameron highland jalan lama).. Crazyyyyy!!! I am having a great headache... sampai mau muntah!!!

(Frankly speaking.. I am so tired with my tour in HK, not bcoz I walk too much.. but bcoz sit in the bus yang jalan berbelok2... make me very sick.. -_-)

We are going to see the HK Madame Tussaud.. and some scenery of HK from Victoria peak.

Madame Tussaud Museum was inside the building.. when we reached.. Michelle Yeow was already waiting.. OK the wax version.. ;-p

So I FORCED hubby and my boy lah take photo with some of the 'artist'.. hihihi..

Relax and easy at Mongkok (HKong)

Internet betul2 slow now a days.. uh huuu... Pakai streamyx kah... pakai broadband kah... sama juga... -_-

Ok lah.. want to post my HK story..

After check in to our hotel at Mongkok.. after have a short nap.. we went for a short tour, jalan2 around the town.. Today was our relax and easy activity.. so just take time to have a look around..

This machine paling gua tidak suka.. my boy sure serang.. luckily he not that demanding that time..

Seven eleven at HK.. ^_^ (Tiada Milo!! -_-) Was looking for a box drink Milo konon2... LOL.. tiada.. ;-p

..and all the products are written in Chinese... -_-

This is how Mongkok looks like.. all building!!! 'Opusakan' saya oh.. ~.@

Paling famous ni di sana... (lebh kurang di Msia oh.. ^_^).. This place was just for tapao.. no place to sit and eat..

Got 1 moment.. I got lost.. LOL.. I was actually wanted to see more at the back of the building we were walking.. My boy was a little bit cranky that time (Minta beli minuman Chocolate -_-).. without noticing my hubby go to other shop to bring my boy..

I pusing2 try to look for them not there.. But.. I saw something.. ;-p

Nah.. Bukan mall full with LV or Coach kah apa... But I saw their wet market.. in the middle of the tall building.. I was so impressed... ^_^

Not that I wanted to buy.. Just love to see what they have here.. So I walk alone and capture some photos.. (I am not that scared lah.. coz I quite familiar with the road juga if happens I am lost.. just go back to the same road.. and our hotel is just infront.. ^_^)

Suddenly a negative thought run in my head (While walking alone).. nanti kena tangkap.. kena 'korot' my tummy... LOL.. cepat2 I turn back to the same road to find my hubby and son.

.. and hubby was waiting for me at the Seven eleven shop.. hihihi..

Saw this selling just on the road side..

It's time to eat.. Coming to Hong Kong.. I tot I will have no communication problem.. maklum lah my hubby is a chinese.. and able to speak Cantonese (Tapi tidak pandai baca Chinese -_-)... But my Father in law can read chinese.. so No problem.. ^_^

Sekali time order makan... entah kenapa... they all mcm ayam dan itik.. LOL!!! I ask hubby, why you don't speak Cantonese (Coz HK people mostly speak Cantonese).. He said I did!! But they still don't understand... 0.0

Imagine.. Hubby ask where to order the food.. sekali the lady show him to the toilet... LOL!!

Lastly fed up.. Kita main tunjuk gambar je lah.. and most of the food comes out not like on the photo.. Uh huu...

(Kalau we start speak in English.. ada yg tidak kena layan ni... eee... sakit hati betul)

1 more thing to remember in HK.. My youngest bro in law remind my Mother in law.. If they served Tea in a cup.. don't drink.. that usually for you to wash your chop stick or spoon.. ~.@

So we order side order of drinks.. ada jugalah me pusing2 kepala see if anybody drink the tea.. MOST of them will put their chopstick inside the tea cup.. hihihi... But I do saw some people drink it (Dalam 10 ada lah 1).. Student... (May be jimat2 tidak dapat beli minuman)

Frankly speaking.. I did not find any good food so far.. or during the entire tour in HK.. may be it's due to my pregnancy hormone or just didn't find the right place... But not only me.. all my family have the same IDEA..

After eat we need to go back hotel to get ready for our night tour with our tour agent.. ^_^

Hong Kong Standford Hotel (Day 2)

This was our Day 2 at Hong Kong.

It's time to check out from Disneyland Hollywood Hotel and transfer to our next hotel at Mongkok.

This time we gonna stay at Hong Kong Stanford Hotel (This link is just showing you what facilities they have). We stayed 2 night here till we went home.

The entrance..

To reached this place is not that far.. as I said HK is quite small and 1 place to another is not that far.. but the jam will delayed your journey.

..and 1 more thing about HK.. it's packed with buildings. They have very small road and narrow! I have a very bad headache inside the bus due to all the turnings.. ~.@

We actually can reached early too.. but 1 bus will pick up so many tourist from other hotel too.. urghhh.... make my headache more worst!!

The lobby area..

It's a small hotel.. categorize as 3 stars.. and some rated this hotel as 4 star.. (For me.. I give 3 stars)

It's a very small room too.. we got double single bed.. and it's already packed.. wait until our extra bed comes.. we are totally like sardines..

When we stay too long inside the room.. I can feel lacking of oxygen already.. -_-. That is why I just can't stay too long in the room.

But when we enter the room for 1st time.. I straight away knock off.. (I am 1 sleepy preggy mom.. @.@)

Well.. staying in HK you will definitely have this type of view most of the time.. buildings... buildings and more buildings.. (I stay 2 night.. I am so bored with the view already.. -_-.. may be I am just a preggy mom)

Disney's Hollywood Hotel at HK Disneyland

Here are some photos for our 1st day stay at Hollywood Hotel at HK Disneyland.

Pathway to our room..

We requested for extra bed (From our tour agent).. so this is what we get during the checked in..

Cute stuff.. ^_^.. all With Disney character..

Inside the cup.. 3 cups with 3 toothbrush..

Our pantry..

Inside the wardrobe.. and hey there was a note on our slipper (With Disney mark).. They asked us to bring home as a souvenirs.. so nice.. we got 2 adult and 1 kid slipper.. ^_^

Our room was having the garden view.. These are the only 2 main hotel in the HK Disneyland Island.. The HK Disneyland Hotel and The Disney's Hollywood hotel (The nearest to Disneyland la).. But staying outside HK Disney Island is not that far juga..

Our room price approx around RM660++ per night..(Updated price.. wrongly converted before). Dec is a peak season.. if not peak season will be around RM500++.

You can stay outside the Disneyland Island too.. Much more cheaper and can arrange your tour or bus pick up with your tour agent..

But if you are staying at any 2 of the Disney hotel.. there will be a shuttle bus from the hotel..

Only managed to captured this from outside.. ^_^

Next day.. we heading to Mongkok with our next tour.

Fireworks at Sleeping beauty castle (HKDisnleyland)

This will be my last post for my HK Disneyland..

Before home.. we take time to go back to the middle of the park. We wanted to end our tour watching the fireworks.. I have to find my spot as early as 20 minutes before the fireworks.

Because everyone will gathered here to end their tour.. So di sini lah juga terjadi nya kes gaduh berebut tempat.. LOL

When we reached the place.. the place was almost full already.. *sigh*.. come early 2o minutes pun penuh jugak.. -_-

So I have no choice but have to stand at 1 of the garbage bin (Near the street light.. refer my 1st photo). My left and right was occupied with people. I have no choice but to stand infront of the garbage bin.. ~.@

I wait there for 20minutes.. I was so tired.. and I felt very heavy (My baby bump getting bigger and heavier).. I have to squat sometimes to relax my legs.. but cannot sit too long.. coz it getting cramp pula.. that how I gone thru for the next 20minutes.. (Hubby, son and in laws.. did not follow me.. they wait some other place.. where we promise to meet once the fireworks over).

When the fireworks almost start.. there was this lady.. really irritate my soul.. suddenly come from no way and ask me to move away.. coz she wanted to place her camera on top of the garbage bin.. Hellooo.. Where she expect me to go.. coz that moment.. every inches of the land was filled with human..

I told her.. " I been standing here for half and hour already.. and there is no way I move from this place".. she said.. "Can you move a bit.. you are blocking my camera".. inside my mind.. who cares.. it's not that I suddenly come and block her.. I just tell her off that I can't coz my left and right got people.. (She blind or what??? Hissshhh!!!)

Next person she bugged was the guy infront of her.. Ha!! She got a wrong guy to fight with.. I don't know what they talking (In Chinese).. but fighting sampai jerit2...!!!!! Nasib tidak bertumbuk...

Once they both resting their voice from fighting.. suddenly a lady carrying a baby pop out infront of 3 of us.. anak nangis2 lagi... apa lagi the lady tadi... tiada hati perut... shout at the lady with anak tu (I think from Msia.. she wearing tudung and her slang I kenal betul lah ^_^).. but I just can't help anybody.. everybody have to save their own ass that moment..

Lastly the fireworks starts and I believe every one got a good captured... believed or not.. the whole presentation the lady keep on buzzing at the back... masih tidak puas hati... hishhh!!

Anyway.. sharing few photos of the fireworks moment.. ^_^

HK Disneyland (Adventure Land)

Day are getting darker.. we are getting cold and tired (Remember.. we from 4 hrs flight, direct to this tour.. due to our hotel room are not ready yet.. -_-)

We managed to went for the 3D movie around the fantasyland too.. lastly we are heading to the 'Adventureland' before heading to the Sleeping beauty castle for the finale fireworks..

Lilo and Stitch.. all this performance is a medley.. continues performance.. and it's nice to see how the background changed on every story.. :D

My Fav.. The Mermaid performance.. Looking at the Mermaid like swimming on the air was awesome (Eventho it's obvious there was a rope there).. but she really know how to move like she is swimming in the water..

HK Disneyland (Fantasyland)_ Golden Mickey 1

After watching the parade.. we just follow hubby.. we entered he 'Golden Mickey' theater..

After long queue.. we finally in.. ^_^ (Prefer sit at the back.. easy to go out later)

Opening show.. in Chinese language.. -_-.. But they do have translation on the side wall.. ;-p

HK Disneyland Parade_P.2

Sharing some knowledge given by our tour guide during our travel to HK..

The best month to visit HK.. especially Disneyland (Which a fun land for family with kids around 10 yo and below) and the Ocean Park (Which I think fun for family with kids 11 and above or for all the teens).. is around mid of Sept - end of Feb.. It's their Winter season (But No snow lah.. ;-p)

1 more thing to remember.. during your travel to HK.. do not play SMS with your hp.. coz SMS is much more expensive than calling.. doesn't matter using your own number or not..

Last but not least.. we were remind that.. to take photo using your hp and direct send to your FB is so much expensive.. it's like 1 photo uploaded can cost about 800 HK dollar.. (100hk dollar is about RM40++ our money).. But if you have the money... who cares kan?? (Oh not me.. ;-p)

When I was on the ride.. I just hope there was no end.. it was just so cute and beautiful..

Now.. I am around the FantasyLand.. where all the princess stay.. unfortunately, we didn't found any of them to take photo.. -_-.. We are quite late already..

But we saw a wizard tho'.. ~.@

Tried some of the in house ride.. This was the Winnie the Pooh adventure ride (Slow and interesting ride.. fantastic for small kids.. well for adult too.. It's everybody fantasy.. ;-p)

Managed to take some photo along the ride..

It's a story with some effects.. Very nice.. ^_^

HK Disneyland (Tomorrowland)_P.2

Continue the tomorrowland story..

After the panic moment lost my boy (Read previous entry).. We saw Buzz light year are available for photo session.. when we try to line up.. the staff said, the time is up and they will only return for photo session after 30minutes..

Poor little boy.. tengok2 dari jauh saja.. He merajuk lagi.. ~.@. This is the main reason why he wanted to come to Disneyland.. to meet Buzz.. instead of Mickey and the geng.. *sigh*

Thank God.. we saw this.. at least ubat sikit his merajuk.. ;-p.

Inside.. Nah!! ambik!! Buzz everywhere.. this is the talking and moving Buzz.. introducing what we gonna do inside..

We are going for a ride (Slow ride.. Best!! hihi).. We are going to help Buzz to fight all the other Alien inside.. ;-p

Next to the Tomorrowland of HK Disneyland.. Circled in white.

We purchased our meal voucher earlier.. and get our food at the Chinese restaurant which located at Tomorrowland.

1st meal I had in HK.. Nasi ayam.. ~.@

(I can see it was quite hard for Muslim to look for food here.. I mean around Disneyland.. But may be can try the in house restaurant somewhere at the Main street USA.. Sudah lah tu.. before enter the theme park kena check beg pulak.. no food allowed.. )

My boy asyik2.. merajuk.. Oh.. I don't want him to be sad during this vacation.. especially in Disneyland.. so I went and bought the toy he wanted..

..and for your info.. because of this toy jugak lah he get lost in this park (Tomorrowland).. He keep on looking at the light spinning on the toy.. nah sekali nya sudah tersasar..

Thank God.. some tourist found him.. I was actually went to the toilet. I trust my hubby and MIL to look after him.. when I came back.. both did not realize where he was..

I was a bit angry and panic at the same.. But Thank God.. somebody found him.. as usual.. Crying.. Poor boy..

Day 1 (Part 1)

After 3 hours and 50 minutes flight with Airasia.. we finally arrived at HK international airport. It was a very long queue on the Immigration check point.

Took about 30 -40 minutes!! -_-.. (How I wish there is a special line for preggy women.. women with children and elderly..)

When we were out.. our bag was no longer there. The staff already put it under a special counter to claim it. Ah! So many hassle..

When we were done.. time to look for our tour guide (Suppose to hold our name on a paper).. also no more there.. They might tot we missed our flight.. -_-

But luckily we walk around.. and a guy approached us asking if we are Mr. S family.. Oh Thank God.. He still there.. on photo, we with the other group who have long faces already.. coz waiting for us for so long.. ~.@ (Sorry.. not our fault.. ;-p)

From airport.. only took us about 15minutes to Disneyland Island. We are staying at Hollywood Disneyland for the 1st night. We actually plan for 2 nights, unfortunately.. we are too late.. fully book!! Peak season!!

When we check in.. we still don't have a room!! -_-.. So we have no choice but to start our tour on Disneyland..

(From 4 hours flight.. straight to tour.. adehhh.... penat! Nasib baik.. the weather is cooling!!)

Note: We actually plan Disney to be our last activity on this vacation.. but we make a last minutes booking.. and no Disney hotel available on other days.. make us have no choice but to take it on the 1st day..

So today gonna start our tour on Disneyland.. I start with the 1st area.. which I mark with a white circle. The entrance.. The Main street USA.. up to the middle (Where on this tour, will be the Ginger bread house special for Christmas 2010)

Looks like we are on a hot weather.. but actually not.. it's chilling and sunny at the same time.. The best time to come Disneyland HK will be around end of Sept to Dec..

This time.. it was not that cold yet.. only around 24 degree cel.. at night it will drop to 18 -19..

Hello friends and readers.. I just came back from my vacation (Yesterday).. which this time we choose Hong Kong (Because of the Disney land.. ;-p).

Frankly speaking.. might not the best vacation I ever had.. but I did enjoy some of our itinerary.. Will spill it out on my coming posts..

As usual.. I have so many pictures.. I am so sorry for those who might not be able to view all the pics (Due to your low/poor internet quality.. ya.. ;-p).

Me and family (Hubby.. son.. and in laws) taking 4 days 3 nights tour in Hong Kong.

Weather was super perfect.. Chill and sunny at the same time..

Lastly.. lost my boy for a moment in Disneyland.. what a panic moment.. join with me on my up coming post ya..

The Vintage side of KK

Today.. kind of missing my hometown.. so decided to talk a little bit about my hometown.. Kota Kinabalu (KK)..

This post dedicate to those who never been to KK.. So orang KK diam2.. jangan masuk campur.. (familiar kah ni warning?? LOL)

In KK.. I would say it is quite easy to find food.. The cheapest way of having food is to look for 'cha-fan'.. Nasi campur like this. It's a home cook.. cheap and yummy meal.. My fav way of eating.. ;-p

Of coz you can find fancy food and fast food around.. but today I wanted to bring you jalan2 at 1 part area of KK.. which more towards the Gaya street.. May be we can called it as our China town (??) or the vintage side of KK.. :D

Eventho my hometown is now called a city.. I am still glad to see some old shops like this is still around.. some has been repainted to give a fresh looks to the city.

I am thankful for our goverment's mission wanted to stay as a green city.. and that is why we have a lot of big trees around.. and I would say this area are very cozy because of the trees..

When I walk along this area.. I suddenly feels like I were at a 1 of the China street.. I still can see some shops still keeping the old way of displaying their products.. and it really touch me.. it's like back on time..

I didn't managed to captures all the shops.. (for my remembrance.. never know what will happen in future.. I know I am gonna miss all that ). I love how they arrange all the groceries. Some are familiar.. and some looks very old brand.. I just can't differentiate is that a new brand or an old 1.. but for sure they look vintage for me..

Entering 1 of the shop.. and I am so in love with the way they selling all the biscuits.. and preserved fruits.. it's an old way.. wah! bring back my memory when I was still a kid.. ;-p

Some old building has been renovated and repainted to become a small hotels.. I noticed our town much more cleaner now too..

Ah.. this road full with memories.. which me myself can't really remember.. too many.. When I was small I was walking on this path.. and today my boy was walking on it too (in orange).. ^_^..

This is not a 'that's it??' view around KK town.. yes KK developed so much.. and we do have buildings and malls.. but that is in a different chapter.. ^_^

Fish Market (Papar)

My previous trip balik kampung (to KK).. I managed to visit Papar town.. but this visit was the 2nd visit on that week.. not due to some 'business deal' tapi.. have to go back to take my boy Vtech game (Tertinggal di rumah 1 of my aunt.. -_-)..

Kalau harga 100 ke bawah.. ahhh peduli lah tu.. But This toy cost almost a thousand.. so have no choice but to go back.. ~.@

While waiting for my aunt at Papar town area.. I managed to take some photos of their Fish market.. (Ahh.. you know lah me.. I love taking photo of daily life too.. including this market.. really caught y attention.. ^_^)

Well.. I said I am a blogger.. I love to write about places that I visit.. and about people and everything.. I will published my photos on the internet..

You know what? They start making some 'complaint' about the place.. I mean their market building.. which have a lot of damages and may be soon gonna collapse.. They have been making a complaint to certain organization but seems there is no solution..

I am so sorry to hear that.. I wish their problem will be solved soon.. and I hope their complains will reached to the right organization and do something about it... before anything bad things happen (Palis..)

This is where the 'Snow land' were.. I noticed they did not ON all the light on normal day.. there were a huge Christmas tree there but no light.. I think they will only ON that during Christmas.

We don't have any ticket to go for the 'Snow land'.. we used it on the animal land already.. I actually don't want to go for this anymore.. but my boy insist..

Well.. seems we came here from a long way.. so 'alang2 mandi biar basah'.. (Betul kah ni?? ;-p)

Sacrifice... Go for a longggggggggg queue.. -_-.. (Pay for RM2 perperson lagi) It's hot!!! sweating.. What I put myself into.. ~.@

(Yeah.. Very often using the preggy jumper dress.. My tummy now getting bigger.. I can't fit any of my pants anymore.. I only have 2 preggy pants.. and the easiest and fastest way to dress up is to use this jumper.. I just have to pick a blouse and walla.. I am good to go.. ~.@)

My 1st preggy dress ever.. hubby wanted to see me with dress on this pregnancy so he bought this for me.. my 1st pregnancy I never wore any dress... ;-p

(Mmmm.. just wondering.. even tho you are not going for the lighting trees?? How if I want to go shopping only?? But not much shop open yet on that area.. worst part.. TOILET.. very hard to find)

It's Friday.. cepatnya masa berlalu.. But good for me.. supaya cepat morning sickness hilang.. ^_^

Just want to post this up for Friday view.. another new hotel discovered during our jalan-jalan at Janda Baik, Pahang.

It's a very very new hotel.. that time when we visited the hotel.. just 1 month open..

Hubby asking about the price.. Not bad.. around RM160++ the cheapest (Promotion rate).. planned to stay there that day, unfortunately when we visit the room.. still have this NEW smells.. and hubby cannot take it.. ~.@

So we canceled.. May be need to wait for another months.. ^_^

Got to do this quick.. my nausea is hitting me.. -_-

Oh before that.. just want to express my happy feelings towards my sister.. she got a surprise bday gift which actually surprise me too.. hahahhaa... apa tidak.. DSLR complete with long lens.. so happy now that I have a partner that sharing the same enthusiasm on photography (eventho we are not pro la.. ^_^).. I just don't believe that among my sisters she will be the 1 who will have the same interest.. hehehehe... ahh so happy.. Saya pula belum ada DSLR.. uh huu.. ;-p

Continue my post.. that day looking for a place to hang out.. we found this place. Called 'Hawa resort' at Janda baik.. Hubby saw the sign board showing people playing with river water.. he was so excited to find out.

When we reached, seems like no body was around.. just met a couple who was still having fun on the river and actually accidentally found the place too..

They told us.. we can stay at the chalet for how long we want (as long as not staying there) just for RM50..

The couple asked us to go to the office to find out.. unfortunately there were no 1 there... only few workers who was doing some renovation around the garden.. 1 of the guy approached us an handle us.. ~.@

We paid the RM50 and got our key.. It's not like an exclusive place but just nice to hang out for a while.. But to stay.. may be not fit for me.. ~.@

It's a small chalet perfect for you to just rest after mandi on the river.. and change clothes.. ^_^.

My boy is ready to go for a swim.. he keep on peeping on the river outside.. ^_^

Well.. as you can see from my photo.. the river water was actually similar to my fav drink 'MILO'.. but in reality it was actually not bad.. it was just the colour of the sand..

Hubby and my boy was having fun on the river.. as for me definitely cannot.. I wish I can.. but I was still having spots on my pregnancy.. and it was just not good for my health..

I just sit and relax watching this 2 guys having fun.. and I taking photos.. ^_^

More photos next.. I need to rest 1st... urghhh... my head like kena drill already.. *Sigh*..

Saufiville Resort, Janda Baik (Pahang)

During the Malaysia day holiday.. we drove out to find a place to hang out. Staying at home too long make me feel more sick.. so I told hubby I want to go out. Hubby thought of a place where he saw a waterfall sign board just near by the Genting Highland (Pahang) road.

So we try our luck to find that place (Will talk about this later).. we found the place but not as what we expected but it's a nice place to hang out too..

BUT.. while on our way looking for the 'waterfall' sign board.. it brought us to somewhere else..

We saw a sign board written 'Boutique resort'.. By the way.. this place was at Janda Baik, Pahang (Just near by the Genting Highland turning). The boutique resort sign board guided us to a very small road.. where only 1 car can pass thru..

(I was praying so no other car come infront of us.. ~.@)

From far.. we can see a bungalow on top of a hill.. I told hubby.. this might be a normal resort and we might disappointed..

But as usual.. my hubby always be the most curios 1.. Belum tengok belum tau.. he so eager to drive up to the hill..

This was on top of the hill.. and the road was narrow.. I just can't imagine how if there were another car coming.. who going to reverse.. ~.@

But when we came up.. we were welcomed by a beautiful landscape of their garden..

I was so impressed with what I saw..

It's like feeling in a different place.. The flowers are lovely..

Not only the garden and landscape.. The house it self impressed us so much.. For a moment, we thought 'are we at the right place?'.. or are we at somebody house.. ??

Love the bricks on the wall.. feels like a cottage.. We went inside to confirmed if this was the boutique resort..

Inside we saw food was served (Not for us of coz.. ;-p).. and in our heart this definitely the place and after met the owner (Mr. Saufi).. He introduced us this place are called SAUFIVILLE RESORT.

I love how they did the window.. it's like open concept where they bring the forest inside the house.. awesome..

What are the factor that make me said 'Oh yes.. This is the place I wanted to stay'.. was...

.. the spectacular view of the mountain hills and the skies from the veranda..

The pool is 1 of the 'wow' factor too.. It is a brilliant idea.. perfect..

The water in the pool was a river water from the hill.. When looking at my photos.. I just can't describe the real view yet.. when you look it in real life.. it was way too good.. you can sit there hours and hours just relaxing and looking at the view.

I told hubby I wanted to stay here (This time we did prepare some clothing.. in case we are staying overnight some where)..

Unfortunately.. the room was fully booked that day!! -_-

Owner much prefer if you booked the place in a group.. it only cost RM2000 per night.. for the whole house.. (Psst... the pool is yours than.. ;-p).. Not included food ya.. they do served food tho'..

It's Friday.. and I might on my way to see my gynae now.. What ever it is I will sure share it here.. If it's a good news, I will just post the scan pic.. but if it's a bad news.. I will only put up a rose pic on the update post..

So for now.. I just wanted to continue my previous post about our unpredicted short vacation recently.. ^_^.. Nothing much.. just staying a night in a hotel..

So here are my tour on the particular hotel.. enjoy the photos..

Royale Chulan Hotel, KL..

Frankly speaking.. We were actually having a hard time to find a hotel that time (Especially on a last minute basis.. ;-p). Almost all hotels are fully booked due to Raya peak season. We were informed that the only hotel that may be still have room was Royale Chulan.

So we heading to the hotel, yes rooms available and we took the Premium room.

By looking at the designed really remind me of our Sultana history.. ^_^.

Starting my tour from the room..

Our room.. We were having a BIG bed.. bigger than King size bed. (I know.. because we are using a King size bed at home.. even tho' my boy was sleeping in between us on this bed.. I still have a lot of space to move.. ;-p)

This hotel more into the Malay traditional element mixed with English.. *Like*

Food Moment _Papar, Sabah

When I was in Papar.. I managed to tried some food around the town. We choose to have our food on the pasar area.

I captured this photo because I just think the way they served all the ingredients and drink are unique. It never changed from those days.. and I hope they will never changed that.. because for me it's very special.. ^_^

I was craving for soup noodles all the way (At that time.. I didn't know that I was pregnant ^_^).

Not 1 but another soup noodle menu.. we called 'Ngau-chap' . Unfortunately I didn't like this because the beef smells are too strong for me.. -_-

The food that I cannot go along with..since that time up till today.. *Sigh* it's actually my fav but during this pregnancy I just don't like fried stuff.. -_-

Ohh.. thinking of making my own soup noodles for dinner tonight.. But so afraid with the frying smells.. -_-

Gayana eco resort, KK

I believed lot's of our Muslims friends are in the mood of Hari Raya already.. ada yang sudah balik kampung for sure.. ^_^.. Bahagia nya...

As for me.. my bleeding seems to be lesser.. now I only can see pinkish spots.. But what ever it is.. 2 weeks is all I have to wait.

I want to continue my Gayana Island pictures during my previous visit in Sabah.. ^_^

I like the concept where open water is just infront of your veranda.. ^_^

Continue my Gayana eco resort tour.. after done with the MERC.. we planned to have our lunch.. but we took our own sweet time along the way coz we were mesmerized by the beauty of the resort.

Tasik Titiwangsa, KL

We pay a short visit to Tasik Titiwangsa Yesterday.. Hubby going for an outstation again.. and he wanted to bring us out..

Don't really have an idea where to go.. we actually planned wanted to do some cycling at Tasik Titiwangsa, but we haven't bought our bike yet.. ;-p

So we just pay a visit.. like 2pm!! Damn hot.... -_-

This was my very 1st time visiting Tasik Titiwangsa (Ya I think so.. ).. Just heard about the name and finally step my foot here..

Saw a racing car track..

Err... for small racing control car ya.. ;-p

Very interesting (at least for us.. coz we love play cars..) I never know they have such facility.

Another racing car.. Fast!! and they were so good on doing the drifting and they so good with the track.. it's like some1 was realy driving the car.. ^_^

I mean how can they see the road... ~.@

So many fans was watching and the big boy with their own car.. So fun to see..

and.. just look at their tools.. Oh man.. this must be a very expensive hobbies.. but it's worth.. ^_^

Under the hot sun.. we continue our walk and found a play ground... I mean the most biggest play ground I ever seen!!!

My boy was the most excited person that moment.. it's a heaven for him.. no other human except us.. unfortunately it was a hot day and all the iron bar (What so ever... ) are hot.. so he only can have a look at it and admire..

Too big.. I think if you don't look after your kids during 'peak time'.. kids can lost 1.. ~.@

We did not walk further.. just went to the lake area.. Not on this photo.. this was a man-made lake I guess..

There was lot's of small2 area in this lake garden for you to choose and hang out.

Reached the Big lake.. Definitely awesome for me.. The water was quite clear.. I can see some water plants inside.. and fishes too..

Trying to captured the gorgeous clear water but my camera cannot do that.. -_-.. Must have special lens for that..

Weird Star fish.. planting coral.. (MERC, KK)

Now we are out from the 'blue room'.. ^_^

This area was a place where you can touch some of the selected underwater creatures..

Example this blue starfish.. It was straight at first.. when I hold it in my palm.. it start to shrink like that.. (layu.. ;-p)...

My first time touching a real live star fish.. LOL...

Another weird looking star fish.. The skin feels very thick and rough.. I don't know why I felt like touching a Dinosaur's skin that time.. ;-p

It's supposed to be fun.. but it was a 1st time experience for my boy.. and he felt awkward with all the creatures.. So he just peeking.. LOL..

But he got friendly later on after seeing me and my mom having fun touching all the creatures.. ^_^

I am not sure what I am trying to show here.. but definitely there was a 'Sea cucumber' too.. Ohh man... I surrender with that 1.. don't dare to touch that particular living creature.. ~.@

So geramm... to watch the beautiful fishes inside..

Where can we find such an opportunity to see and touch all this creatures?? Non other than at the MERC Gayana eco resort in Kota Kinabalu.. ^_^

Guess what is this?? 1 of the MERC project is to replanting the corals in the sea.. and they loves to let the community to experience it by having this activity..

Planting the Corals yourself..

1 thing you should know.. Yes there is a fee for doing so.. RM15 only. It will comes with a certificate.

Photo above is showing my Coral number.. Me, my mom and son definitely will do this.. it's a once in a life time experience.. ^_^v

They will prepared all the cement base to plant the coral. You just have to choose the best shape of Coral you want.

This was also my 1st time getting personal with the Corals... I totally did not know that a live Corals actually can move (Not like walking 1 place to another la.. It's like you can feel their skin alive..) and they produce slimy mucus...

We are ready.. What are they gonna do with this? They will keep this inside the sea water aquarium for about couple of weeks, until the cement base is hard enough.. later they will dive in to the sea and placed where it belongs.

This is my sweet heart.. I hope it will grows well and become the most pretty Coral and becomes the fishes play ground.

1 more exciting thing.. You can ADOPT the Coral. Not that you can bring them home.. ah- ah- No..

You have to register to adopt them.. and the staff will update you by email on the details such as the size and with photos every 4 months. It's not free of coz.. The charge will be RM100 per year.

You can ask the staff for more info.

By completing the task.. we were awarded with a certificate.. got it on the spot.. They take your photo on the spot.. (So.. don't forget to look nice.. ;-p, Jangan macam mummy... adui sabar ja lah.. minyak2 bah muka -_-)..

Marine Ecology Research Center at Gayana Island (KK)

Reached the Marine Ecology Research Center (MERC) at Gayana eco Resort.. The staff guided us to a room for an introduction for the whole tour.

It's a small theater.. only 3 of us conquered the place..

By watching the video.. I get to know some history about our own Marine creatures.. What are MERC plans to protect them and some awareness.. it's an eye opener for me..

The video was about 10-15 minutes..

Next we were guided to another room..

Called MERC display room... I have been here.. even Martha Stewart recently visited here.. Kamu ada?? ;-p ;-p

Ha!! Mr. Urchin... ^_^ (1 of the species I guess).

(Sorry lah.. mcm 'temberang' tu muka di sini.. ~.@.. LOL). This are the biggest clam ever found here in KK/Sabah.. Sudah lupus.. tinggal the shell buat kenangan.. -_-.

But MERC are still doing lot's of projects to produce more giant clams in future (Some successful samples.. all the clams picture above).

Heading to Gayana eco resort (Kota Kinabalu)

The last Island of the Tunku Abdul Rahman Park I visited was of coz the Gayana eco Resort Island. I have to take another day for this trip..

I am taking the half day trip to this resort.. I also plan to have my own food (Lunch) when I reached in the Island.

Ticket : RM66 per person (Adult) tour with guide.

Some of the tourist are just came back from an Island.. and wanted to continue their excitement to Gayana eco resort..

My mom panic kena suruh duduk depan.. hihihi... The journey are peaceful.. slow ride..

Part of the Gaya Island.. *Sigh*.. Orang Sabah saja tau whose housing all this.. and I tell you they almost conquer the whole Island..

Don't believe me?? Just look at this.. Another country is about to establish. (Took this on the way back home to KL)

Mau cakap tidak suka.. susah juga.. May be they just need to be educated to live harmony with locals and together taking care and loving the country, try to have legal working pass to stay.. lastly Pay tax together (Boleh??).

*Sigh* not totally supporting their existence (yg tiada Pass)... tapi... some of them rajin bekerja..boleh tolong org local.. ;-p

Ok enough about them.. menyimpang lah pula.. ~.@

It's a beautiful Sunny weather.. actually it was raining season in KK that time. Fortunately for 2 days working on my article, I am blessed with a good weather.. (It was raining when we reached the jetty and managed to enter our car in dry condition ^_^). Thank God.

The boat dropped us on this jetty, where the eco Marine center located. The view was awesome..

Me, my mom and my boy was the only guest that day.. perfect! ^_^.. We were greeted by the eco marine center staff to guide us on this tour.

Sapi Island (Tunku Abdul rahman Park, KK)

Welcome to Sapi island.. (How on earth they got that name.. LOL).

The 4th Island of Tunku Abdul Rahman Park (TARP) I visited. I have a memory of visiting this island when I was small.. but I can't recall the view.. only remember the name.. ;-p..

Finally got the chance to come back..

Beautiful view from the jetty.. Sapi Island very near to another Island.. I can't recall what the name (been told by the boat driver.. ~.@).. Unfortunately that Island was not included under the TARP team.

I planned to stop a little bit longer for the final island for that day.. I let my boy went for a swim.. We are having fun.. at least my boy did.. ^_^

Coz I did not prepared for any wet activity.. just dipping my feet in the water to take care of my boy.

I am having a blast day by visiting all the island... It's a wrapped.. Tomorrow visiting the last island.. The Gayana eco Resort island. I need to take another day for this island..

Back to the Jesselton point.. How I wish we have that cold breeze..

It's hot.. around 1 - 2pm... No body dare to sit here.. ;-p

Fishing Village Restaurant, Semenyih (Selangor)

We found a new place to eat.. Just around Semenyih (Near by Kajang). I saw the ads on the advertising book posted in our mail box.. But never had a chance to go and try.

I am tempted to try this place because of the environment.. Few days ago, I have the chance to eat there and here are my review..

We came early.. around 7pm.. I think the best time. Still not much people..

More romantic.. you can have your food just next to the lake.. Mosquito?? I don't want to lie.. there was but not that bad.. I face like 1 or 2 during my dinner.. ^_^

We went for 2nd time and it's totally full!!! So better come early.. ^_^

Our menu that night.. We go for normal dishes.. Omelet (Must have this.. for my boy.. ~.@)

Japanese Tauhu.. (Also for my boy.. unfortunately he doesn't want to eat it coz the chef cut it long.. my boy will only eat it if the Japanese Tauhu cut in circle shape.. o.O)

We ordered 2 fish that night.. both Talapia but cooked with different style.. I didn't write a note about this 1.. The fish was fried and covered with amazing ingredients which contain peanuts.. chopped lemon grass.. chopped lime and others that I can't really discover..

I love the flavour.. sour.. sweet.. and a little bit of spicy.. Nyum!!!

Closer look of the ingredients.. (I tried the Fish cooked with Thai style too... ohh.. that's awesome too!!)

2nd fish.. Just normal steam.. My in law said.. 'Yaw-wat'.. ^_^

Lastly.. Just order 1 veggie.. The Paku-Pakis fried garlic..

I am having a great time.. food delicious.. I just took 2 spoon of rice that night and 'wallop' lot's of fish and veggie..

Total price : RM80++ (For 5 of us)..

Mamutik Island (Tunku Abdul Rahman Park, Kota Kinabalu)

My lappy being nice to me today.. I can update this post yey.. ^_^

This time around I am visiting Mamutik Island (3rd Island on Tunku Abdul Rahman Park, Kota Kinabalu.. I visited).

From Sulug Island.. we heading to Mamutik Island.. and along the way I spotted a beautiful clear water..

Amazing!!

I tell you if I am a good swimmer.... wait wait... correction... If I can swim..... I will ask the boat driver stop here and I will dive inside the water.. LOL..

Urghh.. must do that in future.. with a condition, must tag hubby along.. (..and bring my quack.. quack.. tubing.. ;-p ;-p.. )

But becareful.. I spotted a sharp thingy creature inside.. What you call that? 'Sea Urchin'?? (Pura2 lagi tanya.. padahal sudah Google.. ;-p ;-p)

We reached the Mamutik Jetty.. I saw a huge group of small fishes on the water, see the dark group on the water.. that's fishes!.. (Wuhuuu... Kalau ada pukat... siap.. ;-p)

The black spot inside the water was a group of Sea Urchin..

Sulug Island (Tunku Abdul Rahman Park, KK)

Happy working all.. to them who are on sick leave.. get well soon ya..

I suppose to post about Mamutik Island next.. But I just remembered.. after Manukan Island.. our next trip was to Sulug Island.

So here we are heading to Sulug Island. This was my first time to Sulug Island.. and I actually didn't know that this Island is 1 of the 5 Islands for Tunku Abdul Rahman Park.

Our handsome driver.. ;-p ;-p

When we reached the Island.. the driver told me that no need to go down to the island. Because there was no jetty and boat are not able to go near the land. He said if I wanted to go to the Island.. I have to go thru the water.

Water looks so beautiful and clear.. and I was so tempted to jump LOL.. (Bagus kalau pandai berenang.. ;-p)

The driver told us that.. once upon a time ago.. there was a resort here but ruined by a wind disaster.. so up to today the island was left alone.. he said again.. No body comes here..

He seems like wanted to make move faster from this Island.. ~.@

Few second later.. we saw a group of people came out from the jungle.. My mom asked the boatman.. What are they doing?? From where??

The boatman just silent and start to make a move.. well ok never mind.. ~.@

I tell you the water was so clear!!

I saw a nice looking yacht(?)..

Clear clear water.. I tell you if my hubby was with me that moment.. I sure jump to the water.. hihihi.. (ada bodyguard kan.. ;-p)

Note: When I reached home.. I happened to show my brother this photos.. He told me that this was the island that they were stranded before.. (There was this time.. he, my hubby and my father went for fishing.. and the weather changed badly.. their boat broke down hit by the strong waves and luckily they stranded in an island.. and the island was this)

He told me that.. this island was quite creepy.. o.O.. and on top of the hills got lots of grave yard.. @.@. (No wonder abang boatman mau balik cepat je.. Ishh ish ishh...)

If you are visiting the island.. you still can see their broken boat there.. hihihi..

Oh.. 1 more thing.. my brother said, the beach side was very deep.. even on the beach shore the depth was about his chest... @.@ Nasib gua tak lompat...

I heard a lot of feedback about this island too.. some said it's haunted.. *gulp*... I am not sure how true it is..

This tables usually used for hotel guest (or guest from tour agent) to have lunch..

The view is beautiful.. but it certainly was hot.. I mean the weather.. don't forget to put on your sun block.

The resort.. swim pool are available.. but for in house guest only..

Diving?? Yes they have..

This was the other side of the beach.. Water are very clear!! Tempted to dip myself...

Welcome to Manukan Island..

The 1st island I visited during my trip (doing my article ^_^).. Frankly speaking.. this is the only Island that I always visited when I was still staying in KK (Always??.. baru 2..3 kali pun.. ;-p).

I think I did came to Sapi Island.. but it was like how many decades ago.. when I was still small.. imagine that..

The islands was so near.. yet we as KK citizen don't really explore them.. *bite finger*

To come here (Or any other islands) it only takes about 10-15minutes.. The best part is this island is only around KK town.. you don't have to travel far to reach them..

Lot's of fishes here.. (Bring extra bread.. to feed them ;-p)

I think Manukan jetty is the most beautiful among the other 4 island (Ok some island no jetty 1 k..).. ^_^

I am happy to see the beach was clean.. my last visit was quite a disappointment.. Totally happy to see the improvement.. Hope it will last this way..

Jesselton Point, Kota Kinabalu Sabah

Happy Sunday everyone.. I was a attacked by flu again last night.. *Sigh* (Makin tua makin susut ke antibodi ni?? adeiii.... ~.@)

Took flu medication last night.. feeling much better.

It's time to share my Island trip around KK this time. For those who never been to KK before.. This is 1 of the interesting thing to do during your trip.. ^_^

I am visiting the 5 famous island in KK which called the Tunku Abdul Rahman Park. To visit any of the island, you have to come to Jesselton Point located at KK town.

I saw few old photos about KK town during those days.. It's nice to know how our town looks like once upon a time ago..

This was around 1900..

Around the jetty area.. Clean and pleasant environment.. There are a lines of small cafe around.. so you might need to 'tapao' some food before heading to the island.. Coz it quite pricey when buying food on the island.. or may be limited food can be found.

This area remind me of Fremantle harbour, Perth.. ^_^

This is where we need to purchase the tickets.. few counters belongs to different company.. Their price was almost the same just depends on how their services are.. in terms of boat quality etc..

I did not do any spot-checked on that.. I was in a hurry to do the tour for my article.. ^_^. So I go with the 1st counter.

Waiting seats.. Very convenient.. I went during weekdays.. so it wasn't that packed.. but full with tourist later after that..

Inside the building there is small shops selling all the beach stuffs.. and I bought a new over size beach hat just for RM20.. ;-p

Another Food Hunting

Wanted to share 1 post about food hunting from Batu Feringgi, Penang.. Trying what recommended by 'Jalan2 cari makan' by TV3.

I can't recall what the restaurant name.. but it was just beside the road.. you can see a big sign of Prawn together with the 'Jalan-jalan Cari Makan by TV3' sign too..

Another hint.. ^_^.

It was a very cozy place.. Friendly staff..

Start our dinner with French toast bread with garlic.. Photo not so perfect.. -_-, I am using my small camera (My big 1 no more bat.. -_-)

They have bar at 1 corner for tourist I believed.. coz a lot tourist came to dine here.

Having coconut for refreshment.. ^_^

My boy put the orchid on my ear and ask daddy to take pic.. ~.@

What we have that night.. The feast of Malay traditional food.. I give 7/10.

Love how they served the food.. ^_^

End our dinner with a delicious fried Banana with a scoop of ice cream.. Lovely..
