Yun Chun Village P.3 (Fujian China)

My MIL trying to carry my boy.. (Heavy... I tell you.. 23kg ;-p) But he lost weight about 1++ kg when come back.. He walk and sweat a lot.. ^_^



This view (I mean the hanging clothing..) is normal.. no matter in village or in town.. :-)

They use to make their house using mud (In the old days..) but now.. they making house with bricks but stick the brick by using mud.. and if they got enough $$.. they will cover their house with tiles..



I am curious with the bunch of twigs.. they actually using that to burn fire for cooking..



Now.. this is where we stay (The 1 with white tiles..) and looks what hanging infront of the house.. ;-p

Yun Chun Village P.2 (Fujian China)

I was told by my FIL that his grandfather was from this village and he decided to go Malaysia 1 day and from there the generation continue until my hubby and my son ^_^.

I wonder how on earth my FIL grandfather walk down from the mountain (Last time no road yet) and fly off to Malaysia.. What a tough journey..

Visiting the only school at this village.. and I was told my FIL grandfather did donate $$ to build this school..



The school is just a walk distance from the house we staying..

In this journey, you will see less of my personal photo.. bcoz my camera man (Hubby) was not around.. so I have to ask my FIL take some for me... ;-p.. Not really comfortable to pose infront my FIL like I use too infront of my hubby hihihi... But sometimes I did.. what to do... ;-p




This tree is a peach fruit tree.. How great is that!!!!!



And I love this tree.. Looks like bonzai tree.. I always see this on the chinese painting.. and now I see it in reality!!!

Oh.. 1 thing great about China.. their mobile signal was soo good.. This village was up at the mountain and I have a full bar of signal.. But so sorry if some of you trying to call and I don't answer.. coz it's expensive you know!!!!!!


They have power supply (Thank God) eventho.. always blackout... T_T..

Yun Chun Village (Fujian China)

That nite (17th June 09) was very hard for me.. Not only I am having a very bad headache.. I got a shock with the place that we visiting. It's a 1st time for all of us include my in law. So we don't know what is going to happen and we don't know how the place looks like.

It was quite dark inside the house (I did not take any photo that moment due to my bad conditions T_T). I only can describe, I was not comfortable with the house, so do my son.. Lagi lah teruk my son.. He cry wanted to go home ;-p... When the relatives asking what my son talking about.. we just say.. 'Ohh.. he is just sleepy'.. (>_<).. Luckily none of them understand English.. We are tired but the relatives still want to chit chat (OMG).. I can fall a sleep waiting for them to chit chat.. and I don't know any single word they are saying!!! Imagine how I communicate with them???? T_T.... At last they bring us to another house.. Showing us our room.. Thank God.. this house much more better.. cleaner and yey!! My room got aircond ;-p.. and got own bathroom.. Ohh...Thank God!!!! But I tell you... their bed was so hard and covered with 'rotan'.. (Mak aiiii.... sakit belakang ohhh) So I used the thick blanket to cover the bed. It solved our problem that nite.

I need hot water to make milk for my son.. I ask for hot water.. They doesn't have hot water!! I confused for a sec... But they managed to boiled for me and I fill it up at my flask (Which I bring).. and now I need a cold water to mix with the hot water.. for 2nd time I got confused. They do not keep cold water.. actually don't drink cold water!!! OMG... they give me the hot water and ask me to air it so I can have the cold water.

I am ready to clean up myself and wanted to sleep.. they still standing in the room watching what we are doing.. Jeez....

At last they go out and I quickly close..locked the door.. When time to sleep, I still can hear they chatting with my in law.. siap lah.. I guess they will never sleep... Pity my in law!

In the morning.. I don't know what is going to happen. I just wait for my in law to call us. Coz as I said, I don't speak their language AT ALL!!! Few minutes later my in law come to us.. and telling me that they did not sleep at all.. force to chat with all the relatives last nite until morning.. Ayooooo....

1 auntie calling us for breakfast. We need to go to the 1st house we went last nite for Bfast..



Early morning eat rice!!! Siap with *ngok* ngok*.. T_T.. The worse part have to use chopstick eat rice!!!!! T_T (I am fail with that!!)....

I am start thinking.. Can I go through this?? Well I have too.. I am here already and I am traveling to another country with a different culture.. So I have to adapt their way. At that moment, I wanted to treasured all the experience I will go through (Even sometimes I am in tears in the heart)

After Bfast.. We going for a walk.. Yess!! Looking at the scenery.. all my worried gone!! Totally gone!!! I have the freshest air and the greenest field!! This village is beautiful!!!




My boy.. The most famous boy in town.. in FUJIAN!!! (Why I said that?? Everyway we go, start from stepping my foot at Fujian until time going bck home-KL.. every single people I met will say 'Hen ke-ai' (So cute!) and they start rubbing and pinching my boy face.. I repeat.. every single person!!!!! I'm so disturb by that... but what can I do.. He is too cute ;-p...


This is the 'Y' family territory.. My hubby sur name 'Y'.. All their generation is here... all the village is from the 'Y' family.. amazing!

They have an old house where their great2 family stayed before (Will blog about this later).. Every group of family will have their own old house.

Near by I can see another old house, which belongs to the 'Tee' family... and surrounding is all the Tee's generations..

The only shop at this area (The 'Y' family village.. I would say).. Thank God they sell Mineral water.. We borong all the water for ourselves hihihi..





Most of them are farmer.. They plant everything! You throw anything on the soil.. it will sure grows and healthy!



They plant Padi and all sort of vegetables!! They don't waste any inch of land..

Every house will have this sink(??)... Water supply all from mountain river!! Freaking Cold!!!



As usual.. elderly activity.. meeting relatives and chit chat... and it's soo boring for me.. But I have to take it.. (Menantu lah kata kan.. ^_^).. But seems I don't know what are they mumbling about.. I go out to take photo.. ;-p

My Travel To Fujian China

This is actually consider a last minute travel. 1 of my hubby relative wedding in 1 of the place at Fujian.

Hubby and his bro not able to join this travel b'coz they are leaving to Singapore for some business event.. So I decided to follow my in laws together with my boy (4 of us). Not quite worried traveling with my boy, because he is under controlled so far I travel with him ;-)

I start my Fujian story with this..


Check in at Xiamen Airlines counter..



After check in.. have to find the train transit to bring you to the international departure gate..



While waiting for the train.. managed to go online through my HP (Urgghh... don't knw how much I will be charged for this.. T_T)



Buy something for son, so he will have something to play in the flight (I bring some of his small fav toys also... in case.. ;-p)



Ok.. train is here..



My boy prefer to stand.. T_T



Our flight 'Xiamen Airlines'.. We choose Xiamen Airlines b'coz the price is cheaper than MAS that time..





In the flight.. let him use the ear phone(Provide by the aircraft) to listen some music.. ;-p



After for a while in the sky.. we were served with this.. In a moment I thought this is a 'ubat racun lipas'.. ;-p, Kacang rupanya.. Good idea, so that we can unblocked our ears while munching it.



My boy food (Kids meal).. soo not nice!!! Better choose adults meal.. ;-)

Watching movie during the journey..

Before we landing.. the stewardess taking our body temperature by using this tool look like a gun.. Hihihi.. my son so scared when they tried to take his temperature.

I notice Fujian pre-caution regarding the H1N1 is very good. I think we go through 3 - 4 test, all along the way before reaching the emigresen counter. Great!! No wonder Fujian doesn't have any case YET... so far...

This is 2nd test.. before we can go out from the plane.. the health center come inside the airplane to do the test. Than when we go out...another test.. Fuh yooo.. ;-p

(If 1 of the person detected.. the whole people in the craft will be quarantine.. Thank God every thing is OK)

We were invited by a friend of my hub relative.. I thought we are going to stay around Xiamen town.. unfortunately (for me) we need to stay at the village (OMG..) until the wedding. Today(on that day) was Wednesday and the wedding was on Friday.

We heading to Yun Chun which take almost 4 and a half drive... CRAZYyyy... after long hours (4 hrs) in the flight.. continue another 4 hours plus drive!!! T_T



Worse part.. when we almost reach Yun Chun town.. The car wheel punctured!!! May be our luggage was to heavy ;-p

Jeezz....!!!

We landed at 8.30PM at the airport... and reach at the village at 12++ midnight... T_T
We have to go through hill and mountain to reach this village... The road was winding... very very winding until make me very2 dizzy and sick!!!

This is not a DIVA travel for me... It's really2 challenging my emotion!! More story to come...
