Kitchen Tense

The reason why I HATE to fry fish.. oil every where, not only on the cooking area but on the wall and the floor... Imagine how much cleaning I have to make just because frying the 'bloody' 2 pcs fish.. T_T

After I snap this photo.. Gas pula habis and the fish was still raw (As on photo)... NICE!

Don't Fry la, Steam, Microwave it maybe? Or ask the hubby to jadi tukang bersih heheh.

Hiya!! I never fry my fish for the very same reason. And here in the UK, it's not winter so we can't open windows because we don't want to let the cold in and heat out. So, i've discovered that you can bake fish in the oven and grill them and they give almost exactly the same result. Less oil and less cleaning. Try that isntead. XX

Why... ya... I never thought of baking the fish!!!! LOL.....

Cathj...I like fried fish too but I have to cover the pan. To have fish oven-cooked is another solution too.

the other option if u really wanna fry fish is the moment u put the fish in the kuali or pan, tutup until it's time to turn the fish... tat way oil dun splash all over lo... instead will just stuck at the tudung kuali...

CathJ, I hate frying fish too. Same problem..everywhere oily. But fried fish very sedap..haha.
